How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or email us at info@grippnow.com and we will arrange it for you.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your GrippNow profile or via the Paddle receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Renewals
If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will work with Paddle to refund it.
